How do we do this?
The process starts by reviewing the client produced instructions to the provider/s to gather a robust understanding of what they want, how and the desired outcomes. Specific factors are ascertained to enable the associates to quantify and qualify both what they are paying for and any particular requirements. The associates use this information alongside legislative requirements and best practice to produce a portfolio of auditable objectives, however incidental issues and problems outside of the pre-populated scope are also dynamically included should the circumstances require.
Associates are deployed to operational sites and venues representing the client either overtly and with notice to the providers or covertly without. However in all cases, where the client's best interests are at risk, the associates may identify themselves to provide immediate solutions.
All deployments result in a detailed client report to enable them to identify if the services provided are inline with their expectations contractually, financially and operationally. The reports provide them with the ability to challenge providers with the underpinning of expert knowledge if required. However in the majority of cases, the reports demonstrate the client is applying responsible due diligence inline with their requirements showcasing their commitment of safety to Safety Advisory Groups, Licensing Officials and Insurance companies.
Client reports are always accompanied with recommendations to support solutions to any identified issues, there is no point in simply finding problems, especially with industry experts on hand to provide sensible adaptations or interventions.
